The exposed product in the C101 VD is highlighted by the maximum visibility, and its freshness is ensured thanks to the relative 80% humidity, wich guarantees efficient refrigeration, preventing the product from drying.
Easy access to the condenser allows a simple and continuous maintenance of the unit.
The system of ventilated refrigeration allows for a uniform distribution of temperature, ensuring the best exhibition and conservation of food.
The display area and the worktop of the C101 VD are in stainless steel, increasing its durability.
