  1. Carry out our activities in line with a philosophy of continuous improvement, namely the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS);

  6. Maintain a good relationship with external suppliers, guaranteeing they are committed to the quality of their services/products and respect the nine principles of ethical trade – ETI (Ethical Trade Initiative).
     
  7. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety legislation applicable to the organization.
